Contextual Targeting

Contextual targeting is a type of targeting on the Google Display Network in which you select specific keywords or topics and then allow AdWords to identify websites that are a good fit for your keywords and targets.  This is an AdWords technique that allows you to run ads with minimal management, control, or precision, and is not typically going to be used by professional AdWords managers.  Furthermore, it is not recommended for advertisers who have very small budgets, because with a small budget you are likely going to want to carefully control how the money is spent, where your ads run, and how often they appear in each placement.
