Customer Buying Cycle

The Customer Buying Cycle is a five-stage theoretical model that helps advertisers think about customers, and helps them create advertising campaigns that address customer concerns. The five stages are: (1) awareness — the customer is aware of their need, and realizes that your business is a viable option; (2) consideration — the customer is evaluating you and deciding whether to do business with you; (3) preference/intent — a customer becomes inclined towards a particular company to solve their problem, either your product or a competitors; (4) purchase — the customer is ready to actually buy from you; (5) re-purchase — the phase in which a customer is ready to buy from you multiple times.
