As one famous example, the outrageously corrupt Enron displayed its company values for all to see in their lobby, and they were: Respect, Integrity, Communication and Excellence. Obviously, there was a huge disconnect between values and practice.
That said, as we grow the Will Marlow Agency, we are consciously focusing on the culture we have, and the culture we want. And we think that all marketing agencies should do some version of this, and here’s why:
